About
Cansu Carolin Arslanerkekoglu
A multicultural background, a background in design, and a network that runs from Stockholm to the Gulf.

With a multicultural background and a refined eye for design, Carolin brings a unique and international perspective to real estate.
Born to Turkish heritage and raised in Sweden, she developed an early appreciation for aesthetics, functionality, and detail. Her studies in marketing and interior design, combined with time spent in France, shaped her understanding of both visual harmony and client experience.
Now based in Greece, she specialises in connecting clients with carefully selected properties across the Athens Riviera, the Greek islands, and beyond. She also provides expert guidance on Golden Visa opportunities, supporting international clients throughout the process of acquiring property and securing residency.
Her international network extends to Turkey and the Middle East, offering access to a diverse and high-quality portfolio — much of it never publicly listed.
Her approach is deeply personal. She believes that finding the right property is not just a transaction, but a process built on trust, communication, and understanding each client’s lifestyle and vision.
“Luxury, in her philosophy, is not only about the property itself, but about the experience — effortless, refined, and tailored to each individual.”

How we work
Four things you can count on
A process, not a transaction
Finding the right property is built on trust, communication, and understanding each client's lifestyle and vision. The paperwork is the easy part.
A curated portfolio
We represent a small number of properties well rather than a large number badly. If something is not right for you, we will say so.
An international network
Relationships across Greece, Turkey and the Middle East open doors to a portfolio that never reaches the public market.
Discretion as standard
Many of our clients value privacy above all else. Nothing is shared, listed, or published without your say-so.
