What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form on this site: your name, your email address, your telephone number if you provide one, your message, and — where the enquiry came from a specific listing — the name of that listing.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other websites.

Why we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to continue that conversation. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

Who can see it

Enquiries submitted through this site are processed by our hosting provider, which stores form submissions on our behalf. Where progressing a purchase requires it, we may share your details with professionals acting for you — for example a lawyer or notary — but only with your knowledge.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful to the relationship, and delete it on request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it. Write to cansucarolin@cca-realestate.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
